Whilst I make every effort to fit clients in at their convenience it is important that clients turn up at the appointed time of their appointment to ensure the smooth running of the clinic. I would also appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations either via a phone call or text to avoid cancellation charges applying.

I always give notice in advance on my website of times when appointments will not be available either due to other commitments, training , holidays etc, but I am always at the end of a the phone and endeavour to contact clients at my earliest opportunity.
